French cuisine

French cuisine well known for its finesse and flavor and it consists of the cooking traditions and practices from France. France is divided in 22 regions and each has different cooking manners and traditions, but all regions has one common thing – love to culinary and local ingredients. In French master class our chef will introduce you to 4 different regions and their traditional dishes: Normandy, Provence, Burgundy and Languedoc-Roussillon region

Italian cuisine

People may say – not all residents of Italy know how to cook, but each Italian will know how to eat well. Italian cuisine is globally well known and their eating ritual is a proof of their intelligence to convert life in art. There are many regional differences in Italian culinary, especially in Northern Italy. In our master class you will have chance to find out more about traditions of some region cuisine.

Baltic region cuisine

Nowadays healthy lifestyle is getting more popular and modern, and we all are trying to eat more healthy and low fat. But whatever season it is, it is important to eat such products as vegetables, fruits, cereals and of course meat or fish.  In Baltic region master class our chef will take you to tour of Baltic region and will let you taste the most popular fish dishes.

Latvian classical cuisine

In Latvian master class, we will use many ingredients, related to traditional Latvian cuisine. All ECO ingredients, taken from local producers, cooked in a way not to lose their initial smell and taste. In cooking class will be used such traditional ingredients and products – pork, brown bred, herring, broad beans, pearl barley and many other. All dishes will be cooked in modern way to show Latvian cuisine in different taste and new manner.
